Terms of Service
These terms explain how yesiim sells and delivers prepaid travel eSIMs, and what you can expect from us and we from you. By placing an order, you agree to them.
The service
yesiim sells prepaid travel eSIMs for use abroad. An eSIM is a digital SIM: after purchase we deliver it to you by email as a QR code that you scan to install. Nothing physical is shipped. Each plan covers a specific destination, data allowance, and validity period as shown at checkout. yesiim is operated by Yes Monetize LLC (international operations) and Yesmonetize Network Publicidade LTDA (Brazil).
Eligibility and device compatibility
To use a yesiim eSIM your phone or tablet must support eSIM technology and be carrier-unlocked. Not all devices support eSIM, so please confirm your device is compatible before buying. Because compatibility depends on your hardware and carrier settings, checking this is your responsibility; if you are unsure, contact our support and we will help you check before you purchase.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency. Payment is made by card and processed securely by Stripe. yesiim does not store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved, and by completing checkout you confirm that the payment details you use are yours and authorized.
Delivery and activation
After your payment is approved, we deliver the eSIM to the email address you provided, as a QR code with installation instructions. Delivery is digital and normally immediate. We recommend installing the eSIM before you travel and activating it on arrival at your destination. If you do not receive your eSIM, check your spam folder and contact support so we can resend it.
Acceptable use
Please use your eSIM lawfully and only for personal or ordinary travel connectivity. Do not use the service for fraud, to resell access without authorization, or in any way that abuses the network or breaks the law where you are. We may suspend an eSIM that is used in these ways.
Liability and coverage
Mobile connectivity depends on local networks and roaming partners, so coverage, speed, and availability can vary by location and are not something we can guarantee everywhere. To the extent permitted by law, yesiim's responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect the connect-or-refund guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. The current version always applies to new orders. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to make it clear.
