When you place an order we collect your name and email address. We use them to deliver your eSIM by email, to provide support, and to send you information about your order. We also collect basic technical and analytics data (such as how you use the site) to keep the service working and improve it. We do not collect more than we need.
Payment processing
Payments are handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered with Stripe, not stored by us, and yesiim does not keep your full card number. Stripe processes this information under its own privacy and security practices so that your payment stays protected.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to make it work reliably, for example remembering your session and measuring which pages are helpful. This produces general, mostly technical information about usage rather than the content of your communications.
How your data is shared
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers we need to run yesiim, such as Stripe for payments and the providers that deliver the eSIM and support the site, and only so they can perform those tasks for us. We may also share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your eSIM, provide support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we remove it or keep it only in the form the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can contact us with any privacy question. yesiim is operated by Yes Monetize LLC (international operations) and Yesmonetize Network Publicidade LTDA (Brazil), who are responsible for your data.
